What will you have to pay us for our lifetime mortgage services?

A fee of 1% of the amount borrowed from the lender, payable on completion of the agreement. For example: on a loan amount of £100,000 the fee would be £1,000. We will also be paid commission from the company that lends you money or buys your home.

What will you have to pay us for our mortgage services?

There are two options from which to choose. Either a fee of 0.35% of the amount borrowed from the lender. For example: on a loan amount of £100,000 the fee would be £350. We will also be paid commission from the lender.

OR a fee of 1.00% and we will refund any commission received from the lender. For example: on a loan amount of £100,000 the fee would be £1,000.
